3. Transport the modulated pulp to the pulp molding machine, use vacuum suction to adsorb the pulp on the pulp molding mold, vacuum dehydrate and then dry or air dry.

In the egg tray molding process, the main thing is the adsorption of pulp. If the adsorption is not good (vacuum degree), the product quality will be greatly reduced (for example, the egg tray is bad, has no patience, and has no stiffness). Because the adsorption force comes from the suction of the vacuum pump, which is also the dehydration force, if it is too large, the mold will be easily damaged, and if it is too small, the quality will be too poor, so the control of suction in this process is particularly important. In addition, the egg tray mold is the key to the production of egg trays. The mold must be handled carefully. After a period of use, it must be cleaned with a cleaning machine to ensure that the mold surface is clean, so that the egg tray made is more standard. According to the characteristics of egg trays, the moisture content of egg trays is usually 150-180 grams.
