It is absorbed into a wet blank, which is then dried in a drying line and then stacked.
(1) Process overview
1. After the raw material - waste paper (or raw pulp cardboard) is broken into pulp fibers using a hydraulic pulper, in order to have special functions of the product (such as waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-static, etc.), add a small amount of Functional additives are added, and clean water is added to adjust the slurry in the storage tank to the concentration required for molding. Through vacuum adsorption, the slurry is formed into a wet blank on a special mold. The formed wet blank is then dried and hot pressed. Plastic surgery is the finished product.
2. Simple production process: raw material (waste paper) → hydraulic pulping → pulp water storage tank → pulp mixing system → pulp suction molding → dehydration and drying → hot pressing molding → packaging → finished product.
3. Raw materials: The raw materials for producing pulp molded products are mainly waste newspapers, carton paper, and scrap paper from paper mills, carton factories, and printing factories. The raw materials used are rich in resources, low in price, and are recycled waste.
There is no waste water or waste gas discharged during the production process. The water used in the production process is recycled, which will not cause pollution to the environment and can save water costs.
4. By changing the mold, the same equipment can produce a variety of paper tray products, such as egg trays, egg boxes, bottle trays, fruit trays, inner packaging of electronic products, etc.
(2) Pulp making process
The raw materials (waste paper or pulp) are broken down into fibers and suspended in water by hydraulic action, and then necessary additives and water are added according to the process requirements to form a slurry that meets the molding requirements.
(3) Plastic surgery process
After the egg tray products are formed and dried, they are basically finalized. The finished products can be directly put into warehouse for storage after manual sorting or packaging;
The production process of egg cartons and industrial packaging products requires an additional shaping process after drying. The products are shaped using a hot press shaping machine to make the products neat and beautiful in appearance, achieve better toughness, and have better shock-proof performance. .
The shaping process generally uses electricity (or thermal oil) to heat the heating plate to make the metal mold have a higher temperature (180~250℃), and uses pneumatic or hydraulic pressure to press the pulp products to achieve the shaping effect.
After plastic surgery, some products also need to be labeled or printed with patterns, text, etc. on the surface.
