Small environmentally friendly egg tray machine mainly includes the following equipment, pulping system, molding system, drying system, etc.
(1) Pulping system
The pulping part is an indispensable part of the pulp molding production process. We can mix waste paper such as old newspapers, magazines, cartons, etc. into a certain concentration of pulp for molding through processes such as crushing, screening, and adding chemical additives.
The main equipment of the pulp system includes: hydraulic pulper, vibrating screen, concentration controller, agitator, automatic pulping system, pulp pump, water pump, control cabinet, pulp barrel, water bucket, etc. According to different requirements for the quality of the finished product, it is appropriate to choose to increase the concentrated pulp and refined pulp equipment, such as pressure screen, pulping machine, etc.
(2) Molding system
The pulp is evenly attached to the special molding mold through the vacuum effect to form a wet blank product, which is then transferred to the drying system or naturally aired.
(3) Drying system
After pulping and molding, pulp products generally contain a high moisture content and need to be dried to remove the moisture in the product.
Due to the small output of this type of machine, most customers adopt direct sun drying to gain cost advantages. The egg trays on the transfer mold are manually taken off using a drying rack, and the egg trays are pushed to the drying yard for drying using a trolley. Depending on the weather conditions, they can be dried in 2-3 days. After drying, the trays are manually collected or hot-pressed and shaped, and then packed into plastic bags for moisture-proof treatment.
(4) Shaping system
After the egg tray products are formed and dried, they are basically shaped, and the finished egg trays can be manually sorted or packaged before being stored in the warehouse.
